We are looking for a Junior Product & Reservations Coordinator to help bring our New Zealand trips to life.In this role, you’ll use booking systems and internal systems to coordinate and confirm accommodation, transport, and activities with suppliers. You’ll ensure that the budgeted costs align and that all trip information is accurately recorded in our systems. You’ll also support with any other required logistics with the sole goal of ensuring our travellers get to enjoy the experience we’ve carefully designed for them.You’ll collaborate directly with our NZ Reservations team, stepping in with clear feedback and alternate solutions whenever issues arise. Where needed, you’ll contribute to improving our processes and the way we work.This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Colombo, Sri Lanka office. To support a great working experience for our people, the role is primarily office-based, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally.Some of the essential experience you’ll bring may include: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or in hotel reservations. Strong destination and regional travel knowledge. Experience in ticketing and other reservations processes. Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent systems literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong organisational skills and a customer service mind set.
