Junior Project Manager

We’re hiring a Project Analyst to support the Head of Operations with structured project execution, reporting, and process improvement. This role suits someone who works with clarity, thinks ahead, and can turn fragmented information into organized, actionable output without needing step-by-step instructions.What You’ll DoProject & Operational Support• Track initiatives, timelines, risks, and dependencies (RAID)• Prepare structured reports, dashboards, and leadership-ready presentations• Map workflows and document processes to improve efficiency• Support follow-ups, coordination, and alignment across teamsExecutive & Communication Support• Prepare meeting briefs, action logs, proposals, and summary decks• Ensure priorities move forward with minimal supervision• Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and SOPs• Act as an operational extension of the Head of OperationsWhat You Bring• 2–4 years’ experience in project coordination, PMO, business operations, or analytical support• Strong PowerPoint + Excel / Sheets capabilities (presentation & reporting confidence is mandatory)• Experience with workflow or project tools (Asana, Planner, ClickUp, Trello, Miro, Lucidchart)• Ability to structure information, manage follow-through, and bring clarity to ambiguous tasks• High attention to detail, strong written communication, and professional judgmentWhat Success Looks Like• You anticipate needs instead of waiting for direction• You turn loose input into clear reports, timelines, and recommendations• You bring consistency, structure, and organized follow-up across operations• You free the Head of Operations to work at a strategic level
