Project Manager

A leading UAE bank is looking for a Project Manager to support its digital innovation and fintech partnership initiatives. This role manages fintech assessments, onboarding, PoV pilots, governance coordination, and cross-functional delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport evaluation and onboarding of fintech partners and digital solution providers.Manage proof-of-value (PoV), pilot phases, timelines, RAID logs, and delivery plans.Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data, Legal, Risk, Procurement).Prepare and track governance documents, assessments, and approvals.Lead UAT readiness, API testing coordination, and integration support.Ensure smooth execution of fintech experiments and resolve blockers early.Requirements6+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or digital delivery.Background in fintech, payments, digital banking, technology vendors, or e-commerce.Strong governance, compliance, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with cross-functional technology and business teams.Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
