About EptaThe Junior Project Manager (JPM) supports the delivery of UK Commercial projects, working closely with Project Managers & Key Account Managers. This role provides an entry point into project management, allowing the JPM to gain practical experience in customer communication, project coordination, order management, and internal reporting. The JPM ensures tasks are completed accurately and on time, contributing to the overall success of projects while learning best practices in project delivery.This exciting permanent role is located at our Bradford Office and offers hybrid working (3 days office/2 home) offering 37.5 hours between 07:30 and 17:30.Your ContributionThe role provides key project support and coordination across multiple activities. Responsibilities include assisting in the creation and maintenance of project files, forecasts, and customer-specific portals, while supporting Project Managers with updates to site specifications, quotations, and internal orders. The position also helps coordinate site surveys, site visits, and project installation requirements. Order tracking is an important part of the role, ensuring stock and shipment status are monitored through SAP and other internal systems. Regular communication of updates to internal teams is expected, with issues escalated when necessary. The role also involves maintaining CRM records, managing opportunities, supporting internal reporting, and contributing to project closure activities such as documentation and stock reconciliation.Customer interaction is another key aspect, acting as a supporting contact for routine customer queries. The role helps provide updates on orders, site schedules, and project milestones, and assists in gathering customer feedback to support continuous process improvement.Learning and development form an integral part of the role. The position provides opportunities to gain experience in interpreting drawings, quotations, and project plans under supervision. It also includes participation in project and programme meetings, supporting both theProcess and compliance responsibilities include following defined procedures for order processing, site information management, and documentation control. The role supports the Project Manager in checking the accuracy of internal records, BOMs, and TOS, while also assisting with minor rework, site variations, or additional works under supervision.Your JourneyExperience and Key SkillsThe Junior Project Manager should bring:- Previous experience in administration, coordination, logistics, or customer support.- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).- Experience using ERP or CRM systems (SAP/Salesforce) desirable.- Good organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Problem-solving ability and willingness to take initiative.- Ability to work under defined processes and identify potential improvements.- Willingness to learn refrigeration products, project management processes, and site requirements.- Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.Don’t let a few unmet requirements chill your enthusiasm!
