Join our mission to empower the rental industry through smart technology and outstanding service.The OpportunityWe’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Administrator to join our Projects Team.In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the delivery of our software implementation projects. You’ll ensure each project is organised, documented, and progressing smoothly — keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned along the way.You’ll be responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that all project milestones are tracked and achieved efficiently. Working closely with consultants and project managers, you’ll help deliver a seamless and professional experience for our customers.Your proactive attitude, attention to detail, and organisational skills will make you an invaluable part of our success.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project schedules, resources, and activities to ensure successful project delivery.Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.Track progress against project timelines, flagging potential issues early and supporting resolution.Liaise with customers to gather information, schedule meetings, and provide project updates.Manage internal communication between teams to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and materials for internal and client meetings.Ensure compliance with MCS policies and ISO standards, maintaining accurate and secure project records.Support smaller customer projects and tasks as part of our commitment to excellent customer service.Why Work at MCSWe’re proud recipients of the Culture 100 Award, which recognises organisations that excel in nurturing their workforce, rewarding their staff, and creating a supportive environment where everyone feels valued.At our company, we are passionate about the rental industry and are committed to fostering a vibrant, informal workplace culture based on respect and empowerment.
