ChatGPT), organised, and hungry to learn, this is for you.Job Type: Full Time/PermanentLocation: Cape TownWorkplace: On SiteRequirementsRecent graduate (0–2 years’ experience) with excellent written & verbal communication.Proven organisation and follow-through; you love checklists and deadlines.Confidence with AI/ChatGPT and productivity tools (Docs/Sheets); quick to learn new systems (ATS/CRM).Coachable, resilient, and target-driven; comfortable in a fast-moving, international environment.A bachelor degree is essentialResponsibilitiesRun full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, scheduling/setting up calls, feedback, references, offers, and onboarding support.Build and maintain candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and market mapping.Use AI to accelerate search strings, outreach, interview guides, summaries, and reporting.Keep our ATS immaculate (stages, notes, data accuracy) and produce clear weekly pipeline reports.Coordinate calendars across time zones; manage candidate and client communications professionally.Contribute to continuous improvement of playbooks, templates, and hiring workflows.
