This role plays a critical part in supporting recruitment delivery through strong organisation, communication, and process management.ScopeLocation: Cape Town, South AfricaLanguage Requirements: English (written & spoken)Hybrid Model: 4 days in the officeRole Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)Key ResponsibilitiesProvide coordination and administrative support across the recruitment lifecycleSchedule and manage interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zonesAct as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experienceSupport job posting, offer administration, and pre‑employment processesMaintain accurate candidate and requisition data within recruitment systemsAssist with reporting, tracking, and recruitment data accuracySupport Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers with recruitment logistics and process guidanceEnsure compliance with internal recruitment processes and policiesContribute to continuous improvement of recruitment coordination practicesFlexible to work UAE hoursExperiencePrevious experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a related roleProven ability to support multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environmentFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferredInternational experience is desirable; exposure to the UAE market is an advantageMinimum of 1 year of relevant experienceSkills & CompetenciesStrong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlinesService‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on candidate experience and careCollaborative team player who builds effective working relationshipsProactive, adaptable, and solution‑oriented approach to workComfortable working with data, systems, and reporting requirementsWhy Join Marriott International?Marriott International offers a global environment where people are recognised, supported, and empowered to grow.
