Our vision is to establish ourselves as international leaders and pioneers in the coffee world.The RoleAs a Junior Retail Commercial Executive, member of the Retail Commercial department, you will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions, while having market awareness and being able to identify new business opportunities.Duties and Responsibilities· Interpret data and analyze results · Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems· Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality · Provide and develop ongoing data driven reports· Ensure sales are recorded and monitored in line with agreed processes · Analyze sales (forecasting and budgeting) per product & product mix· Analyze pricing per product Education & Experience · Degree in Business / Marketing / Finance or related field· Postgraduate degree or MBA highly desirable· A proven track record in similar/affiliate private sector is desirable· Experience in the FMCG and/or F&B sector will be consider an assetRequired Knowledge & Skills· Familiar with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint or similar software, and comfortable using other technical tools· Previous experience with ERP and BI software will be considered an asset · Good knowledge of English (verbal and written)· Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy · Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality· Self-motivated with plenty of initiative, but able to work well in a team environment · Completed military obligations [for male candidates]Benefits· Career opportunities· Continuous training and development plan· Additional benefits and private medical insurance· Modern working environment full of challenges Please send your CV at  jobs@coffeeisland.gr , Ref. code «JRCom_25.10»All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.
