Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Manage retail renovation projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide tailored consulting solutions.Coordinate and manage communication between clients, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.Oversee vendor transparency, including bidding processes and annual evaluations.Drive vendor implementation and service improvement initiatives in line with policy guidelinesPrepare design proposals, reports, and cost estimates for client presentations.Handle inventory management to support project and operational needs.Job Requirements:3-5 years solid experience in retail renovation or relevant field.Knowledge in reviewing technical drawings and handling renovation process.Strong analytical & problem solving skills, sensitives to figures and statistics.Good communication, reporting writing and presentation skills.Able to supervising vendors and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Self-motivate and strategic mind set focus.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.Experience in inventory control is a plus.
