You could be a sales/business development representative that wants to transition into working with existing customers, or you have had relationship management experience in another CSM/AM role but would love to work with the customer Base that Fresha assists - The attitude to want to learn and develop, and desire to achieve targets are what we really value.Arabic speaking is a mandatory requirementWhat You Will Be DoingKPIs - Accountable for meeting key performance indicators on monetisation, retention, and revenue growth by proactively engaging with and educating our Partners on the value of the Fresha platformUpselling - Effectively analyse reports and execute plans to upsell and increase monetised revenue generated from existing accountsEngagement - Ensure strong Partner Experience by building meaningful relationships by attending online video meetings with your accountsConsistency - Administer a consistent contact strategy across your Portfolio to keep Partners engaged and reduce churnThis list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver.What We Are Looking ForLanguages - Fluent in Arabic + EnglishCommercial Growth - Demonstrable experience in effectively managing and driving commercial growth in large account bases, ideally in the SaaS industryExperience - 1-2 years experience as an SDR and 1-2 years experience as a revenue generating account managerMotivation - Shown to be commercially motivated with an ability to adapt and achieve targetsInitiative - Self-starter and proactive approachAdaptability - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environmentSMB - Experience selling into SMBCommunication - Excellent communication and listening skillsPlanning Skills - Excellent time managementWork Ethic - High work ethicCreative Thinking - Problem-solving mindsetAt Fresha, we value passion and potential as much as specific skills.
