The role assists in ensuring that structural designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements, while contributing to safe, efficient, and sustainable project delivery.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and review of structural designs and drawingsConduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with design specificationsCollaborate with senior engineers to resolve construction challengesParticipate in testing and quality assurance of materials and structuresKey RequirementsBachelor’s degree in civil engineeringMinimum 5 years of experience, including 3 years in relevant field. Has the demonstrated ability to consistentlyAssist in preparing and reviewing structural designs, calculations, and drawings in accordance with approved standards and codesConduct site inspections and identify deviations from structural design specificationsSupport the resolution of construction-related structural issues under the guidance of senior engineersPrepare accurate technical notes, inspection reports, and documentationCollaborate effectively with senior engineers, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teamsWe value equity, diversity and inclusion and are committed to creating a work environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to do their best.
