The ideal candidate will assist with system configurations, monitoring, and troubleshooting, ensuring stable and secure IT operations across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the daily administration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.Assist in managing Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) for secure authentication and identity management.Provide operational support for Microsoft Exchange Server, including mailbox management and troubleshooting.Help maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure, including virtual machine creation and performance monitoring.Monitor server health, apply updates and patches, and assist in issue resolution.Follow IT policies and procedures to maintain system security and compliance.Collaborate with senior administrators on projects, documentation, and process improvements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).1–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.Basic knowledge of:Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administrationWindows Server installation, configuration, and maintenanceActive Directory Federation Services (ADFS)Microsoft Exchange ServerVMware vSphere environmentsUnderstanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team.Nice to HaveMicrosoft or Red Hat certifications (e.g., RHCSA, AZ-104, or MS-102).Experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting.Familiarity with backup and monitoring tools.What We Offer:Competitive compensation depending on experience and skills;Hybrid work model, option to choose/combine work from home/office;Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PMPrivate health insurance.Opportunity to learn 7 different languages using our E-learning platform;Great colleagues, open informal, and fun atmosphere.Chance to be part of a professional and highly dynamic international environment.
