Junior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:Assist in creating UI/UX designs for various digital projects, ensuring they are both visually appealing and user-friendly.Work alongside experienced designers and developers, contributing ideas and learning from industry professionals.Participate in user research activities to understand user needs and behaviors, applying these insights to design projects.Continuously develop design skills and knowledge of industry-standard tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).Assist in developing wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups under guidance.Learn to integrate feedback constructively and iterate designs effectively.Qualifications:Entry-level position; previous experience upto 1 year in UI/UX design is a plus.A portfolio that showcases a basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design skills.Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.).A basic understanding of user-centered design and responsive design principles.Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.Relevant degree or coursework in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields is advantageous.
