Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Act as the main liaison between UGREEN and key retail partners, particularly hypermarket chains.Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers, category managers, and decision-makers.Analyze retailer business models and shopper behavior to deliver tailored growth solutions.Drive sales performance to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.Identify opportunities for product expansion, in-store activations, and category development.Negotiate trading terms, promotional support, listings, and pricing to optimize profitability.Plan and execute in-store marketing activities, displays, and seasonal campaigns.Track sell-through/sell-out data and adjust assortment strategies for better market performance.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights within the retail sector.Conduct brand analysis using 4P theory and PSI Management, recommending strategies to improve UGREEN’s market share.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above.Minimum 3 years of experience in Consumer Electronics and Key Accounts / RetailChannel Management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive, open mindset.Team-oriented leader capable of motivating others and achieving shared goals.
