Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Secondary Sales Manager. The role involves overseeing and executing secondary property sales processes, managing client relationships, and providing strategic market insights. Responsibilities include leading a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met. The Secondary Sales Manager will also handle property resales, negotiate contracts, and assist clients in making informed investment decisions. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in property sales, property resales, and real estate market trendsStrong leadership, team management, and client relationship-building skillsAbility to analyze market dynamics and develop effective sales strategiesExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plusStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related fieldFluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
