Meaningful Work From Day OneReporting to the Off Trade Team Leader, this role is the guardian of implementing our commercial policies with the assigned KA customers (CVS or HYPERMARKET), responsible for commercial activities and KPIs.Uses commercial skills and customer engagement to effectively drive sales, profitability, distribution and visibility. Connects and collaborates with multiple internal constituencies/stakeholders, including Trade Marketing, Logistics and Sales Operations.What You Can ExpectAchieve sales, distribution, promotion, and visibility objectives in the assigned KA customersLead commercial negotiations with HQs, following B-F guidelinesExecute the monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans with excellence to deliver the best presence and visibility of BF portfolioImplement and evaluate the in-store promotional activitiesNegotiate and monitor in-store merchandising at store levelBuild strong relationship with assigned customers at key levels of the retail environmentAdvise and monitor optimal customer inventory levels and avoid OOSTrack and report sell-out trends to ensure quality input for IBP(Integrated business plan)Monitor and share competitor activities and market trendsManager order, shipment, billing, collection processHandle customer or consumer claims by leveraging internal resourcesManage wholesalers linked to KA customersProvide monthly, quarterly, annual forecast for assigned KALead monthly customer promotion and business planning based on B-F sales strategyLead KA investment and payment process by ensuring right documents and agreements in a BF compliant wayWhat You Bring To The TableEducation: High School/GED/Secondary School; College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent);Experience: - +8~10 years of experience in Sales or Commercial role in FMCG or Drink, Beverage industry+3~5 years of KA management in FMCG (Hypermarket & CVS)Work experience in a multinational companyProven track record of sales capabilitiesDriving licenseWhat You Bring To The TableExperience: - Experience in Alcohol Beverage industryExperience in eCommerce / Click & CollectExperience in Trade MarketingWhat Makes You UniqueVery strong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganizing and PlanningMS Word, Excel, PowerPointSalesforce experience preferredDriving for resultsWho We AreWe believe great people build great brands.
