Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced FMCG environment, collaborating with teams, and supporting key retail accounts? If so, we want you on our team in this 12-month contract role.Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, driven and proactive Key Account Executive to join our FMCG team based in Ellerslie. You will play a vital role in supporting our National Lindt Account Team, ensuring smooth operations, effective reporting, and seamless communication between key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Account Administration & ReportingProvide high-quality administrative support to the National Account TeamManage customer documentation, databases, and internal/external systemsAssist in processing accrual sheets, claims reports, and promotional toolsAnalyse category and market data using Circana, Dunnhumby, and Lighthouse for new product launches and category reviewsSales & Marketing SupportMonitor competitor pricing and share insights with the teamSupport field sales teams with seasonal sales materials and promotional toolsCoordinate sampling campaigns, ensuring timely execution and reviewing effectivenessManage point-of-sale (POS) materials, ensuring availability and alignment with marketing plansProvide backup support to sales teams during key seasonal periods and promotional activitiesAssist with ISP (WWNZ) and VMI (Foodstuffs) order placement and managementPlan and attend trade shows and industry events to represent DKSHSkills & Experience required:Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detailIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointAbility to build relationships and communicate effectively & confidentlyAnalytical mindset with data interpretation and reporting experienceAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksExperience in FMCG, grocery, or consumer goods industry (preferred)Knowledge of SAP, Exceedra, or Publisher systems (advantageous)If you love Lindt and are ready to take on this exciting opportunity and gain valuable experience, please submit your CV and cover letter outlining why you’re excited about joining this team.
