Job DescriptionsDrive market expansion and revenue growth through strategic planning, market research and competitive analysis.通过战略规划、市场调研与竞争分析,推动市场扩张与收入增长Generate and qualify high-value leads across multiple channels (cold call, email, social selling, events) to build a robust sales pipeline. 多渠道(电话、邮件、社交、展会)获取并筛选高价值线索,打造强劲销售管道Convert prospects into long-term clients with compelling pitches, tailored proposals and successful negotiations. 以精准演示、定制方案与成功谈判,将潜在客户转化为长期合作伙伴Establish and manage strategic partnerships, alliances and joint ventures to accelerate business growth. 建立并管理战略合作、联盟与合资项目,加速业务扩张Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product and Operations teams to ensure aligned and effective BD execution. 与市场、产品及运营团队紧密协作,确保业务发展高效协同Own the full sales cycle: track pipeline, revenue and KPIs via CRM; deliver regular performance reports to senior management. 全面负责销售周期,利用CRM跟踪管道、收入与关键指标,并定期向高层汇报业绩Job RequirementsBachelor’s (MBA a plus) in Business, Marketing or related.本科以上学历,商科/市场相关专业(MBA优先)5+ years proven BD/sales record with quota achievement; TIC industry experience preferred. 5年以上业务拓展/销售经验,TIC行业背景优先,有超额完成业绩记录Top-tier negotiation, communication and presentation skills. 谈判、沟通与演示能力出色Strategic thinker with strong analytics & problem-solving; digital marketing & lead-gen know-how preferred. 具备战略思维与数据分析、问题解决能力,熟悉数字营销与线索获取策略的优先CRM and sales analytics proficiency, self-driven. 熟练使用CRM及销售分析工具,自我驱动Language Skills语言技能 Native Mandarin普通话 Fluent English are essential.流利的英语听说读写能力
