Job Purpose Effectively assist in managing the assigned Channel in KSA to meet agreed targets & business objectives.ResponsibilitiesTeam Supervision & OperationsLead and oversee a sales team to ensure efficient, compliant daily operations aligned with company policies.Budgeting & Financial MonitoringSupport budget preparation, monitor sales performance against targets, and manage financial reporting and reconciliation.Policy & Process ImplementationEnforce departmental policies and procedures, ensuring consistent adherence and controlled execution of tasks.Sales Support & Customer ManagementProvide reports, handle credit/debit notes, resolve customer complaints, and manage account disputes and aging reports.Sales Planning & PerformanceContribute to annual sales plans and ensure collection targets are met across assigned channels and key accounts.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.Experience: 4 – 6 years’ relevant experience.Language: English & Arabic.
