The Group includes prestigious brands such as Damiani, Salvini, Bliss, VENINI and Rocca 1794, all synonymous with refined design, Italian craftsmanship, and timeless elegance.With a strong international presence across major luxury capitals and an ongoing strategic expansion in the Middle East, Damiani is opening new boutiques in Riyadh, bringing its heritage of artistry, passion, and excellence to Saudi Arabia.Main Responsibilities• Welcome and assist local and international clients, delivering an exceptional and personalized shopping experience aligned with Damiani’s values and standards.• Present and promote Damiani collections, conveying the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and excellence.• Manage the full sales process — from initial contact to after-sales service and client loyalty.• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets, contributing to overall business performance.• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.• Support boutique operations and collaborate effectively with the store team and management to maintain brand consistency.Requirements• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.• English proficiency is considered a plus.• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail (jewelry, watches, fashion, or related fields).• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.• Professional appearance and genuine passion for luxury products and Italian craftsmanship.• Team spirit, reliability, and attention to detail.
