Job Description

Responsibilities Drive the sales of Mindray's innovative IVD product portfolio, focusing on key laboratory and healthcare institution customers. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand Mindray's market share in South Korea. Monitor IVD market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities to support growth. Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and acting as their primary point of contact. Gather critical customer feedback and clinical insights, and collaborate with Mindray's global R&D and product teams to inform future innovations. Travel extensively across Korea to engage with clients, provide on-site support, and demonstrate Mindray's commitment to partnership.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) field, preferably with a leading manufacturer or distributor. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build credibility and long-term partnerships. Analytical and strategic thinker, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly and making data-driven decisions. Self-starter, proactive, and resilient, with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Good command of English is a strong advantage for internal reporting and accessing global resources.
