Interviews will be taking place on 24th/25th NovemberAs the nation’s leading pub, cider and beer company and the name behind a host of brilliant brands, we’re looking for equally brilliant people to help us on our journey to building a better future.There’s so much more to HEINEKEN than meets the eye and right now, we’re looking for a apply for our Key Customer Manager in the North East, covering the Tyne Tees region.About the roleAs Key Customer Manager, you’ll deliver and execute the agreed Joint Business Plan, achieving the budgeted volume, revenue and FGP across a portfolio of key North East accounts.You’ll own the commercial relationship with one of our most influential customer bases. You’ll set the strategic direction for your accounts and maximise product mix, brand distribution and NPI performance, always seeking opportunities for value share growth.Reporting into the Customer Development Director, you’ll grow the visibility and availability of HEINEKEN UK brands, ensure compliance with trading agreements, and take full ownership of your P&L. You’ll also work closely with colleagues across the North East On-Trade team to ensure a joined-up, customer-focused approach.About the CandidateYou’re a strategic thinker with the ability to operate at pace in a changing market.
