The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven experience in managing complex initiatives in line with recognized project management methodologies.✔️ Must-Have Skills & Experience:Technical & Project Expertise:Minimum 5 years of experience in managing industrial or engineering projectsSolid knowledge of PMBOK or PRINCE2 methodologiesHands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and collaborationFamiliarity with AutoCAD and technical documentation workflowsProven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholdersDriving license (polish B category)Language Skills:Fluent English or German – with strong technical vocabularySoft Skills:Excellent communication and leadership skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and under pressureWhat will the recruitment process look like:1.
