We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Project Delivery Manager (IT/ Banking).Your Duties Will IncludeTake over and independently lead the project Manage the full project lifecycle – from initiation to delivery.Coordinate project teams and external partners.Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables.Manage scope, timeline, budget, and risks.Report directly to top management and key stakeholders.Ensure high quality of project outcomes and alignment with business goals.Resolve issues quickly and make effective decisions under pressure.Requirements That Must Be MetMinimum 7 years of experience in project management (preferably in IT/technology projects).Proven ability to quickly take ownership of ongoing projects.Strong leadership and communication skills.Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with senior stakeholders.Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum)Experience in IT projects within the banking/financial sector.Experience in managing projects from the business side (business requirements, stakeholder management, process alignment).Very good English and PolishWhat We OfferWe are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.Maybe it’s obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates.
