We rely on our strengths, which include stability, responsibility, expertise, and being a good place to work.We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our Change Management team within BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB).You will drive projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, timeliness and budget‑control while adhering to our internal governance framework.Project Manager in Change ManagementRequirementsMinimum 5 years of hands on project management experience in a complex, matrix organized environment.MA (or equivalent) in Project Management, Economics, Business or a related discipline.English proficiency at B2 level or higher – excellent written and verbal communication skills.A proven track record of end to end project delivery in CIB, Global Markets or Financial Institutions. Solid knowledge of standard phased PM tools & techniques (e.g., WBS, Gantt, RACI).Familiarity with Agile principles, SCRUM basics, and Kanban fundamentals – ability to blend traditional and agile approaches as needed.Demonstrated ability to work across functions and to adhere strictly to BNP & CIB governance, templates and procedures.Project Management Professional (PMP) or comparable certification – valued but not mandatory.ResponsibilitiesEnsure every project meets the required PM standards and is delivered on time, within budget, and with quality.Use approved templates and guidelines to ensure full compliance with BNP rules and procedures.Lead initiation, planning, execution and closure phases in partnership with project sponsors to maximize success rates.
