Our vision is to becomeeveryone’s easiest way to crypto.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Brand Influencer & Partner Manager to build and scale MEXC’s global top-tier English-speaking influencer ecosystem.This role focuses on long-term strategic partnerships with high-impact creators, opinion leaders, and media figures in the crypto space.You will play a key role in shaping MEXC’s global brand strategy through influencer sourcing, partner design, and relationship management, with an emphasis on in-house influencer resources and execution efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Build and manage a global, top-tier English-speaking influencer matrix covering core crypto verticals such as trading, macro, on-chain data, decentralized finance, memes, and emerging narratives.Leverage existing influencer/creator resources to accelerate collaborations, reducing acquisition costs and timelines.Design long-term influencer collaboration models (monthly subscriptions, ambassador programs, co-branded events, exclusive content).Plan and execute global brand campaigns with KOLs on X (Twitter), YouTube, Telegram, podcasts, newsletters, and other major channels.Coordinate closely with brand, content, PR, and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign delivery.Tracking and analyzing influencer performance (reach, engagement, content quality, brand enhancement) to continuously optimize collaboration efficiency.Represent MEXC in communicating with external creators and maintaining high-level influencer relationships.Requirements:3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or business development, preferably in crypto, Web3, fintech, or technology.A strong existing global network of English-speaking crypto KOLs (mid-to-senior level) with proven collaborations.In-depth understanding of the global crypto culture, narratives, and creator ecosystem.Fluent in English (written and spoken); other language skills preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.A results-oriented mindset, sensitive to brand tone and long-term value.I'm excited to have experience using global exchanges, Web3 protocols, or top-tier crypto media.Familiarity with brand-level key performance indicators (SOV, brand enhancement, campaign reach, engagement quality).Ability to independently drive projects from strategy to execution.
