Job Responsibilities1. Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for the Korea-Seoul division, aligning with overall business objectives.2. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, providing strategic insights to inform decision-making.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize key initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and resource allocation.4. Manage a team of strategists, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management to foster a high-performing and innovative work environment.5. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive strategic partnerships and collaborations.Job Requirements1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.2. 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, with a proven track record in a senior leadership role, preferably in a technology or e-commerce company.3. Deep understanding of the Korean market and the global business landscape, with a focus on digital transformation and innovation.4. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of creativity, agility, and continuous learning.5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and building strong partnerships.6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and communicate insights effectively.7. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
