The Role:Our client is looking for a Level 2 Technician who delivers world-class support to clients by troubleshooting, deploying network servers, and managing security.Location: Must be in the Philippines– RemoteEnvironment: only Philippine candidates are allowed to applyLanguage: Excellent communication skillsTimezone: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM PST (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidaysContract: Full-time ContractRequirementsEducation: A Bachelor's degree in the related field is preferredExperience: 5+ years of experience in business IT support, helpdesk, or NOCSkills:3 years experience in an MSP environmentExperience with databases (SQL) is preferredKnowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and scripting experience (PowerShell) is idealCurrent Microsoft Certification (MCSA, MCSE, or similar), systems certification (Citrix or VMware), and networking certification (CCNA, SonicWall, or Watchguard) are preferredExpert knowledge in Microsoft server and desktop operating systems (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, and Windows 10/11)Great networking skills (configuring firewalls)Expertise with backup/recovery systemsCharacteristicsAbility to project a professional, friendly image over the phone and video callAbility to analyze and solve problems quickly and completelyMust be able to work independentlyExcellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated, can handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and has a proven track record in customer serviceAbility to provide an exceptional customer experienceResponsibilitiesProvide advanced troubleshooting for tier 2-3 issues and outagesRebuild Active Directory environmentsDeploy network servers and technology toolsUpdate security through access controls, backups, and firewallsSupport client end-users via telephone, email, and in personCreate concise technical documentation.
