This role is made for you.As a Network & Remote Access Specialist, you will take ownership of the Remote Access (RA) system, maintaining the back-end of Cisco AnyConnect for remote users. You will also contribute to network operations, security, and architecture maintenance, collaborating with teams in Belgium and an extended support team across the organization.On the build side:Participate in projects and updates for remote access services (Cisco AnyConnect, ASA Firepower servers).Maintain and update network and security assets to address vulnerabilities and comply with regulations.Document and update as-built network and system design documents.Support configuration and management of Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, EMS solutions, and FortiCloud management tools.Contribute to changes in network topology and participate in change management meetings at local and global levels.On the run side:Daily monitoring and management of remote access services and related network assets.Troubleshoot complex incidents and ensure timely follow-up via ServiceNow.Maintain firewalls and switches, including branch-level Fortinet management.Provide support as part of a 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week every 6 weeks).Understand business needs and translate them into IT solutions while maintaining a customer-focused approach.Your profileYou have at least 5 years of experience in network administration, ideally in large enterprise environments, with strong knowledge of Cisco, RSA, and Fortinet products.
