Demonstrate professional pride in your work – you care about quality, craftsmanship, and the detail in every dish. Master classic techniques and are familiar with sauces, stocks, pasta, filleting fish and meat, baking bread, and making ice cream and desserts. Understand and agree that a good working environment creates the best food.
