We are at the frontier of how to keep people healthy, on the population level as well as tailored programs for individuals.Our clinical practice—along with our research and innovation arms—are shaping the future of Healthy Longevity medicine, and we invite you to apply and explore these possibilities with us.Job PurposeTo support laboratory operations through receiving, processing, tracking, and managing biological samples, performing laboratory procedures, supporting protocol implementation, and collaborating with the lab, clinic, and HPP teams.Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving and processing blood samples (serum, whole blood, PBMC).Keep updated records and tracking of received samples.Performing various laboratory processes, specifically knowledge and practical experience in isolation of PBMC and serum from blood.Working with cell cultures, cell counting, and viability testing.Extensive experience with gradient centrifugation.Experience working with pre-labelled LVL tubes.Freezing samples and blood fractions at –80C ULTS and LN2.Implementing new protocols and quality control of existing protocols.Long-term planning and inventory tracking of materials.Working closely with the lab team, the clinic team, and the HPP team.Governance & ComplianceAdhere to all SOPs and laboratory protocols.Ensure proper sample handling, documentation, and data integrity.Follow institutional safety and ethics guidelines.Competencies & SkillsCore CompetenciesHigh interpersonal communication and strong teamwork skills.Full proficiency in English (advantage).Technical orientation with a good approach to operating systems and automation.Technical CompetenciesExperience working with cell cultures.Experience working with blood samples.Knowledge in PBMC isolation (high advantage).Familiarity with basic molecular biology methods.Proficiency in Excel.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in life sciences or related fields – mandatory.At least 5 years' experience in PBMC isolation from human blood samples.Working ConditionsLaboratory environment involving handling of blood and biological samples.Close collaboration with lab, clinic, and HPP teams.Requires adherence to safety, ethics, and sample management protocols.
