Don’t worry if you’re not an expert yet—we’ll support your development every step of the way. For Recent Graduates If you're just starting out, you’ll be part of our Junior Professional Cohort, where you’ll benefit from:  Structured technical and professional development to support your growth in laboratory practices and industry standards Mentorship from experienced chemists and technicians to guide your career and enhance your practical skills Access to the IXOM Group’s resources and expertise, offering opportunities to deepen your technical knowledge and broaden your learning across diverse chemical and industrial applications  Key Responsibilities   Performing the required quality testing requirements consistent with the internal and external specifications for Adblue Supporting the Technical Team in developing and refining analytical methodologies Preparing reagents for use in test kits Conducting tests on new products and assessing alternative raw materials Entering and managing data within internal and external quality systems Maintaining a clean and organised lab, upholding high housekeeping standards  Who are we looking for? We’re open to diverse backgrounds and experience levels. You might be:  Either a recent graduate with a degree in a science discipline — ideally Chemistry  — or an experienced Laboratory Technician The ability to communicate effectively and interact in a team environment. Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite.  Attitude is everything in this position, if you bring us your can-do attitude, we will teach you the rest.
