If you feel the same, then you’ve found your future.As a Landscape Designer, you’ll support a multidisciplinary team of planners, engineers, and landscape architects to bring creative visions to life. You’ll be involved in every stage of the design process - from conceptual design through construction documentation - working on a wide variety of projects such as parks, greenways, streetscapes, campus improvements, and resilient infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop site concept designs and construction documents utilizing AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, SketchUp/Revit, and Lumion/EnscapeAssist in the preparation of presentation graphics and renderings for client/public meetingsLearn and apply office standards for AutoCAD, Adobe workflow, and file managementIncorporate feedback into drawings, graphics, and presentations in a timely mannerWork collaboratively with project managers and team leaders to identify and prioritize tasksContribute to project deadlines and overall team successSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture0–3 years of related professional experienceProficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), 3D modeling (SketchUp or Revit), and rendering (Lumion or Enscape)Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeProficiency in hand drawingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsOccasional site visits required (primarily in-state, approximately 5–10% of work time)This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds—collaborate in-office with a high-performing team and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely part of the week.
