Having completed a successful pilot showing strong product-market potential, we are now preparing for commercialization, fundraising, and rapid growth.We are seeking a Co-Founder & CRO with deep expertise selling HR tech, survey software, and analytics solutions into HR, People Operations, People Analytics, and COO buyers at mid-market and enterprise organizations. This is an opportunity to join at the ground floor, shape the company's revenue strategy, and unlock meaningful equity upside.Role OverviewAs Co-Founder & CRO, you will own all revenue generation, lead the go-to-market strategy, and drive sales execution. You will operate as the external face of the company while partnering closely with the product/technology founder.This role is ideal for a proven enterprise software sales leader who has sold HR tech, employee survey platforms, people analytics tools, or workforce software to HR/COO/Ops buyers—and has experience taking a company from zero to one as a founding team member or early sales leader.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Sales LeadershipOwn the entire revenue function: pipeline generation, lead qualification, deal execution, and enterprise contract closures.Build the sales playbook, pricing strategy, and customer acquisition motion from the ground up.Leverage your existing network of HR leaders, CHROs, People Analytics heads, COOs, and Ops executives to accelerate early adoption.Convert the successful pilot into early paid contracts and establish repeatable sales processes.Set aggressive revenue targets and execute relentlessly to hit them.Go-to-Market StrategyDefine the initial GTM strategy: ideal customer profile, messaging, positioning, and channels.Develop sales collateral, demo scripts, and customer case studies.Execute outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and partnership-driven sales motions.Test and iterate on pricing models, contract structures, and customer onboarding workflows.Fundraising & Investor RelationsLead investor conversations, pitch development, and fundraising strategy.Articulate market opportunity, competitive positioning, and revenue trajectory to investors.Support due diligence processes and build investor confidence in the GTM execution.Team Building (Post-Funding)Recruit and lead the initial sales and GTM team (AEs, SDRs, marketing).Build a high-performing revenue culture and establish sales metrics/KPIs.Product PartnershipAct as the voice of the customer, providing direct market feedback to shape product roadmap.Ensure the product solves high-value pain points for HR/Ops buyers and aligns with sales motion.Guide feature prioritization based on customer feedback and revenue impact.Ideal Candidate ProfileMust-Have Experience7+ years selling software to HR, People Ops, People Analytics, COO, or Ops leaders at mid-market and enterprise companies.Proven track record selling HR tech, survey platforms, employee engagement software, workforce analytics, or people operations tools.Consistently exceeded quota and closed $500K+ ACV enterprise deals.Zero-to-one startup experience required – you've been part of taking a company from pre-revenue to first customers and repeatable revenue (founding team member, first sales hire, or early GTM leader).Strong existing network of HR/COO/Ops buyers and decision-makers.Exceptional storytelling, demo delivery, and executive presence in sales presentations.Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguity-heavy startup environment with limited resources.Nice-to-HaveExperience raising capital or actively supporting fundraising efforts (pitch decks, investor meetings, etc.).Background selling AI-powered analytics, employee listening platforms, or people insights tools.Experience in B2B SaaS scaling or category creation in HR tech or Ops software.Familiarity with HR tech buying cycles, procurement processes, and typical buyer personas (CHRO, VP People Analytics, COO).CompensationEquity-only until fundraising or revenue milestones are achieved.Significant founder-level equity package with full co-founder status.Future salary, commission structure, and incentives aligned with fundraising success and revenue growth.Why Join Trupulse AI?Co-founder role with true ownership, influence, and decision-making authority.Remote, flexible work environment.Opportunity to build a category-defining company in HR/Ops AI from the ground up.Convert a successful pilot into a market-ready, high-growth GTM engine.Massive equity upside for the right sales-driven, entrepreneurial leader.Work directly with a technical co-founder who has built a validated product with strong early traction.To ApplyIf you're a proven HR tech sales leader with zero-to-one experience and ready to take the leap into co-founding a high-growth AI startup, we'd love to hear from you.Send your LinkedIn profile and a brief note on:Your experience selling to HR/COO/Ops buyersYour zero-to-one startup experience (company name, stage when you joined, first customers you closed)Why you're ready to join as a co-founderLet's build the future of employee insights together.
