Landscaper

The Landscaper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, aesthetic appeal, and overall health of outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas. This role involves planting, pruning, watering, mowing, and general upkeep to ensure that the grounds reflect a neat and professional appearance at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas through regular mowing, trimming, weeding, and watering.Plant and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery.Prune trees and bushes to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as needed and in accordance with safety guidelines.Clean and maintain pathways, walkways, and outdoor areas.Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and sprinklers.Dispose of garden waste, fallen leaves, and debris properly.Monitor plant health and report any signs of disease or pest infestations.Assist in setting up and maintaining irrigation systems.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Support other maintenance tasks as assigned by the supervisor.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping is an advantage.Knowledge of plant care, tools, and landscaping techniques.Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining attractive outdoor areas.Ability to work independently or as part of a team.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
