As a Lead - Internal Communications, you will provide strategic enterprise communication advice, insights and support in partnership with executives, senior leaders and specialists across the business. You will work closely with the Manager - Enterprise Engagement, to design and deliver the fund’s enterprise communications and engagement activities.Day To Day, You'llDevelop and deliver the Enterprise Engagement and Channel strategy in partnership with the Manager – Enterprise Engagement, including the enhancement of supporting frameworks, guidelines, and processes, ensuring alignment with global best practices and ART’ strategic objectives.Design and execute strategic communication plans for key enterprise initiatives, ensuring timely, targeted messaging across appropriate channels.Collaborate with the Strategic Campaigns team to create innovative, engaging content that inspires and connects team members.Provide expert advice on communication and engagement practices.Manage the creation and distribution of internal communications, including newsletters, updates, intranet posts, and event materials for All Ins and leadership forums.Evaluate communication effectiveness and lead initiatives for ongoing improvement.Support the Manager – Enterprise Engagement on sensitive or time-critical projects and act as delegate when required.Provide crisis and incident communication support, including after-hours as needed.This role is available as a permanent/ full-time opportunity.About YouIt goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:Tertiary qualification in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and contexts.Strong understanding of communication strategies, frameworks, tools, and best practices.Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex, enterprise-wide communication initiatives and campaigns.Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, including advising and coaching senior leaders on strategic communication approaches.Advanced capability in writing, editing, and producing content for a variety of communication channels, including intranet, video, presentations, and key messaging documents.About UsOur 2.4 million members trust us to take care of over $330 billion in retirement savings.
