As a Manager - Internal Communications, you will lead strategic internal communication and engagement initiatives that keep team members informed, connected, and aligned with Australian Retirement Trust’s (ART's) purpose and strategy. You will partner with executives and senior leaders to deliver impactful communication for major projects, change programs, and enterprise initiatives. You’ll manage a high-performing team responsible for internal communication channels, shaping ART’s corporate identity, and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.Day To Day, You'llLead a high performing team responsible for enterprise engagement communications across all communication channels, ensuring alignment with ART’s strategic objectives and best-practice standards.Lead the development and execution of the Enterprise Engagement strategy in partnership with the Senior Manager – Strategic Campaigns and Enterprise Engagement, including refining supporting frameworks, guidelines, and processes.Partner with the Senior Manager – Strategic Campaigns and Enterprise Engagement to produce and deliver engaging creative content solutions that inspire and motivate team members.Drive data-informed engagement strategies, leveraging video and animation capabilities.Oversee internal communications across newsletters, all team member updates, intranet posts, and event materials.Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement across ART’s enterprise engagement channels, working with the Enterprise engagement leads to engage senior stakeholder's and executives, gather feedback and drive innovation.Support crisis and incident-related communications, including after-hours when required.This role is available as a permanent/ full-time opportunity.Location: While our preference is for the successful candidate to be based in Brisbane, we are equally open to considering applicants located in Sydney or Melbourne.About YouIt goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:Tertiary qualification in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.Strong understanding of internal communication strategies, frameworks, tools, and best practices.Extensive experience in internal communications or employee engagement within a corporate environment.Experience in people management and team leadership.Extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, including advising and coaching senior leaders on strategic communication approaches.Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex, enterprise-wide communication initiatives and campaigns.About UsOur 2.4 million members trust us to take care of over $330 billion in retirement savings.
