What's the role?News Corp Australia’s News Sport team is looking for an ambitious sports reporter to join its fast-paced, digitally-focused newsroom. We require someone to work from the newsroom of Brisbane’s Courier Mail and join our agenda-setting Queensland masthead as part of Australia’s most influential media organisation.We’re looking for an enthusiastic and innovative individual who is passionate about sport and can deliver engaging, high-quality and compelling content which matters to readers.The best candidate will be confident and skilled in news gathering, have a solid grasp of social media and be able to go beyond results and match reports to uncover original stories and exclusive insights.We are seeking someone with a passion for sport at all levels - from local, to regional, to national and international.
