该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述：Architect for multiple projectsOverall site / spatial planningDesign and documentation of various buildings for clientsManagement of others including LDI to document buildings that are code compliantCoordination with other disciplines and external consultants to achieve a completed buildingAnticipate problems which may occur and avoid/prevent them from occurringThinking laterally to achieve the aims for the project – safety / cost / time / qualityAttend site as required for measure ups, meetings and development sessions with client and authorities 任职要求： Able to design and document and detail a building and site in China.Able to produce documents for inclusion in a work package. Able to work with other team members effectively to produce an efficient coordinated building design.Able to write a design report with a logical order of sections and clear content
