We are looking for a skilled Lead Cloud Administrator to join our team as a specialist in Oracle Field Service Cloud.In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving the platform to ensure its reliability and scalability. Acting as a technical lead, you will provide strategic direction, oversee system enhancements, and equip business teams with robust, well-configured solutions that support operational success. ResponsibilitiesAdminister Oracle Field Service Cloud, including managing user access, roles, and permissionsCustomize objects, fields, and page layouts to align with business needsDesign and maintain complex workflows, automations, and processes to improve system efficiencyEnsure data accuracy by managing imports, exports, cleansing, and backupsWork closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to collect and analyze requirementsAlign business needs with Oracle Field Service Cloud functionalities and contribute to scalable solution designsConvert business requirements into functional specifications and assist with planning and implementationDocument support processes, create FAQs, and design training materials to foster user adoptionCollaborate with administrators and developers to address complex issues and escalationsKeep up-to-date with Oracle Field Service updates and share knowledge and best practices with the team and users RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline5+ years of experience in Field Service OperationsAt least one year of experience leading and managing development teamsExpert-level knowledge in Oracle Field Service Cloud administration, including user management, field and object configuration, page layout customization, and data managementAdvanced proficiency in creating and maintaining workflows, automations, and process logicProven ability to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into functional solutionsExperience in designing scalable solutions tailored to business needsTrack record of managing ERP-related projects, including planning and execution phasesStrong communication and collaboration skills, including stakeholder interaction and the development of training resourcesExcellent problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting and resolving escalated issuesProficient in English (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher Nice to haveOracle Field Service certified implementation professionalExperience with Salesforce LightningPrevious experience as a senior administratorWorking knowledge of Salesforce integrationsFamiliarity with Agile project management methodologiesHands-on expertise in analytics and dashboard creation We offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peersHealthcare benefitsEmployee financial programsPaid time off and sick leaveUpskilling, reskilling and certification coursesUnlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ coursesGlobal career opportunitiesVolunteer and community involvement opportunitiesEPAM Employee GroupsAward-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
