We are seeking a Senior Cloud Administrator to join our team as an Oracle Field Service Cloud expert.In this role, you will oversee the administration and optimization of our platform, ensuring its scalability and reliability. You will act as a technical leader, providing strategic guidance, managing system enhancements, and empowering business teams with well-configured solutions that drive operational excellence. ResponsibilitiesPerform Oracle Field Service Cloud administrative tasks, including user access, roles, and permissions managementConfigure objects, fields, and page layouts to meet business requirementsDevelop and maintain advanced workflows, automations, and processes to enhance system functionalityEnsure data integrity by managing imports, exports, data cleansing, and backupsCollaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirementsMap business needs to Oracle Field Service Cloud capabilities and contribute to scalable solution designsTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and assist in planning sessionsDocument support processes, create FAQs, and develop training materials to promote user adoptionCollaborate with other administrators and developers to resolve complex issues and escalationsStay up-to-date with Oracle Field Service updates, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team and end-users RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field3+ years of hands-on experience in Field Service OperationsProven expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud administration, including user management, object and field configuration, page layout customization, and data managementStrong skills in building and maintaining workflows, automations, and process logicAbility to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specificationsExperience in designing scalable solutions that align with user needsBackground in managing ERP-related projects, from planning to executionStrong communication and collaboration skills, including stakeholder engagement and the creation of training materialsProblem-solving expertise, including troubleshooting and handling complex escalationsFluent English proficiency (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher Nice to haveOracle Field Service certified implementation professional certificationExperience with Salesforce LightningPrevious experience as a senior administratorHands-on experience with Salesforce integrationsFamiliarity with Agile methodologiesKnowledge and experience in analytics and dashboard development We offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peersHealthcare benefitsEmployee financial programsPaid time off and sick leaveUpskilling, reskilling and certification coursesUnlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ coursesGlobal career opportunitiesVolunteer and community involvement opportunitiesEPAM Employee GroupsAward-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
