Role Description This is a contract role for a Lead Data and Banking professional. The role is hybrid, based in Mississauga, ON, with the opportunity for some remote work. Responsibilities will include managing and analyzing large-scale datasets, designing and implementing data models, performing detailed data analysis, and ensuring efficient data management processes. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize banking-related data solutions and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. Qualifications Proficient in Data Analytics and Data Analysis to extract insights and identify trends.Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Management to ensure seamless data operations.Experience in Data Modeling for designing scalable and efficient data structures.Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work collaboratively in hybrid teams.Familiarity with the banking or financial services industry is a plus.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
