If you are looking for a company of “care and perform” and work with a high performing team to deliver results, join us as an Application Engineer, with focus on Offshore projects.What You'll DoAs a Lead Engineer with a focus on Offshore, you will be linked with the Project Management Office (PMO) and direct your efforts towards implementing the Hilti strategy by providing highly differentiated solutions to our Top Accounts across the Asia Pacific. You will join a global community of highly motivated and passionate professionals, working with leading national and international players, such as owners, EPC’s, specifiers.This Offshore Application Engineer is a customer-facing role responsible for delivering charged engineering services within the scope of Integrated Project Solutions along the full project lifecycle from acquisition to execution to maximize project SoW, becoming a Lead EngineerEngineer and design key applications based on customer’s requirements, providing optimal solutions fulfilling technical, economic, and logistic constraints. This requires also to learn how to deal with the relevant software for the Offshore industries.Coordinate and manage the assigned engineering scope of the project to ensure the technical objectives to be met within the approved scope, budget, and schedule.Supervise, oversee, and coordinate regular and timely technical reviews of engineering scope deliverablesWhat You’ll BringDegree in Civil or Mechanical EngineeringMin. 3 years of experience within Structural engineering, including 2 years of Hilti F&P experience (DE or FE role)Or 5 years of experience in Structural engineering in shipbuilding/offshore or relevant industry (yard, shipbuilding/offshore material manufacturers, GE, MAN, Alfa Laval, Siemens, etc)Including the project management experiences of the engineering solution and/or engineering-based products solutions.Native Japanese speaker. Strong communication skills in English. Understanding the correlation between technical and commercial aspects of engineering work. Empathy and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
