In this role, you will help identify potential prospects, nurture leads, and contribute to a strong and consistent pipeline for Conzummate Tech and our clients. If you’re organized, curious, and eager to understand the core principles of digital lead generation, this opportunity is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, industry directories, and social media.Assist in developing and implementing lead generation strategies for the company and client accounts.Maintain and update lead databases and CRM tools with accurate, up-to-date details.Qualify leads through outreach initiatives including email communication, LinkedIn messaging, and research-based validation.Support outreach campaigns by preparing lead lists, drafting message templates, and tracking responses.Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including sales, marketing, and content — to support client acquisition efforts.Prepare basic reports outlining lead performance, outreach progress, and pipeline updates.Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for client acquisition.Assist in managing prospect communication to keep leads engaged throughout the funnel.Requirements0–1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, digital marketing, or similar internships (fresh graduates welcome).Ability to handle multiple tasks and contribute to various client accounts simultaneously.Basic understanding of lead generation principles and digital outreach strategies.Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel, and CRM systems (HubSpot or Zoho preferred but not required).Strong communication, research, and organizational capabilities.Ability to interpret basic data and create simple performance reports.A proactive, curious, and detail-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.What We OfferCompetitive salary packageSaturday & Sunday offPerformance-based bonusesOpportunity to work with multiple brands and industriesLearning and growth opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentCreative freedom and exposure to real client projectsAnnual leaves
