Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Agent role located in Karachi. The Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, promoting and selling services, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining client relationships, and participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needsProficiency in Sales techniques and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goalsKnowledge of Insurance or related domains is an advantageExperience in Training or willingness to participate in training programs to develop necessary skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanorAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentEducational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
