The successful candidate will be skilled in identifying and prequalifying new leads. This is an on-site role based in our Lagos office, located on the Mainland, Ikeja (opposite 7up).Responsibilities- Identify and source potential leads- Research and prequalify leads to ensure they meet our criteria- Analyze market trends to identify new lead opportunities- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads- Communicate with senior decision-makers to gather insightsCompensation- Basic Salary: 100 GBP (180-200k Naira)- Monthly Commissions: Can be as high as 500k to 1M Naira if leads convert to deals- Uncapped commission – unlimited earning potentialQualifications- Bachelor's degree- 1+ years of experience in the lead generation industry- Understanding of international markets is a plus- CRM experience is preferred- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn- Excellent comprehension and communication skills- Ability to work independently after training- Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with othersApply now with your CV by emailing munirat@panfinance.netDO NOT RESPOND VIA LINKEDIN!!!
