SummaryThe Lead MSA monitors and makes work assignments - provides input on performance - resolved daily workplace issues - and maintains efficient workflow. Assignments at this level include - but may not be limited to: assuring coverage of all areas of responsibility; ensuring accurate and timely completion of Return to Clinic Orders - Consults and Recalls; reviewing data and reports to ensure efficiency - quality - and completion of work; providing guidance to staff members.QualificationsApplicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
