Lead Product Designer (UI/UX & Motion)

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong motion design experience to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will lead the design of web and mobile interfaces, create interactive and animated experiences, and drive design excellence across products. You will mentor junior designers, establish design standards, and collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver high-quality, visually engaging experiences.Responsibilities of the Candidate:Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.Create motion design assets and interactive prototypes to enhance user experience.Design smooth and engaging interfaces, with attention to interaction, animation, and visual hierarchy.Define and maintain design systems, including typography, color, components, and motion standards.Conduct user research, usability testing, and prototype validation to inform design decisions.Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver polished products.Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers on UI/UX and motion design best practices.Stay up-to-date with design trends, motion design tools, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).Requirements:5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio.Proven experience in motion design (After Effects, Figma Smart Animate, Principle, or similar).Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and visual storytelling.Experience creating interactive prototypes and translating complex flows into intuitive experiences.Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), and responsive design.Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality design assets.To apply: please send your updated cv and portfolio to hr@talentsathi.com, we will fast track the application process.
