The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in kitchen operations, oversee food preparation, and ensure high culinary standards. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining hygiene and safety protocols, assisting with menu planning, and managing inventory. The Sous Chef will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional cuisine while meeting the resort's quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating presentationExperience in supervising kitchen operations and managing staffKnowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and inventory managementAbility to assist in creating menus and ensuring quality consistencyExcellent organization and time management skillsStrong leadership, teamwork, and communication abilitiesCulinary certification or relevant professional experience in hospitalityExperience in multi-cuisine or luxury dining environments is a plus
