Position Overview The Sales and Dispatch Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between the sales department and the factory production team. This role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing the dispatch operations to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of products.Key responsibilities Coordinate daily with the sales team to understand delivery schedules and client requirements.Communicate with the production department to align product availability with customer orders.Monitor order status, follow up on pending orders, and ensure timely updates to all stakeholders.Oversee the complete dispatch process, including loading, scheduling, and documentation.Ensure that all dispatch activities are executed accurately and on time.Monitor delivery routes and workflow to optimize dispatch efficiency.Ensure proper documentation related to dispatch, billing, challan, and order records.Minimize operational errors and delays by maintaining coordination with internal departments.Handle customer inquiries related to dispatch timelines and delivery status.Resolve issues or complaints related to dispatch in coordination with concerned departments.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch and sales coordination reports.Maintain accurate records of dispatch schedules, delivery performance, and operational efficiency.Qualification and Experiences Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination, dispatch management, logistics, or a related field.Knowledge of dispatch processes, logistics handling, and coordination with internal teams.Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.location: SimaraInterested candidates are encouraged to send their updated resume @ hr@hulassteel.com.np
